If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where Appklet is headquartered, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
