Coordinate cross-functional delivery, client communication, and milestone planning.
Keep projects on track from kickoff to launch. You will align design, development, and marketing teams while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, timelines, and delivery milestones
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, and status updates
• Manage risks, blockers, and change requests proactively
• Serve as the primary client point of contact during delivery
• Ensure quality standards and on-time, on-budget completion
• 4+ years managing digital product or agency projects
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and project management tools
• Strong organizational and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple projects and competing priorities
• Comfort working with technical and creative teams
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
• Background in web development or design projects
• Experience with Jira, Notion, or Linear
