• Develop responsive, accessible interfaces with React and Next.js
• Translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, reusable components
• Optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, and bundle size
• Review code, guide junior developers, and improve frontend standards
• Partner with backend and design teams on feature delivery
• 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS
• Experience with Next.js App Router and server/client components
• Solid understanding of accessibility, SEO, and responsive design
• Comfortable working in agile, client-facing environments
• Experience with MUI, Tailwind, or similar design systems
• Familiarity with testing libraries and CI/CD workflows
• Background in animation or interaction design implementation
