• Data Mining: Use automated means to extract data for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Resale: Resell, lease, or sublicense the Service without Appklet authorization.

2. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor use to ensure compliance with this AUP and may:

• Investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
• Remove or disable access to content violating this AUP.
• Suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations.
• Report illegal activities to law enforcement.

3. Reporting Violations

4. Changes

We may modify this AUP at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
